内容简介

This book established a thermodynamic model of bubble convex spherical nucleation and a dynamic model of bubble rising and growing during vacuum treatment of liquid steel/(N2,H2) saturated system. The influence of different factors on bubble convex spherical nucleation,growth and rising of bubbles were deeply studied,and the mechanism of inclusions removal in steel was revealed by soluble gas flotation technology. The removal of inclusions from Si-Mn deoxidized steel by soluble gas flotation technology has been investigated by laboratory experiments. Industrial trials were carried out to explore the removal effect of the inclusions by the new technology. The experimental platform of the RH water model has been constructed to study the effects and mechanisms of the application of the technique in RH refinement. The mechanisms and application implications of this technique have been explored in depth.
